How it works

From first brief to a working remote team

Every client starts the same way. The path only splits after you choose someone: you manage them directly, or CAYGO stays involved.

For clients

Four steps, the same for both services

  1. Share your needs

Send a hiring brief: the role, the problem, the tools, and your timing. No call needed first. Unsure what to ask for? Take the free assessment.

  2. Align on the right setup

We review your brief. If it suits CAYGO, a discovery call clarifies scope, seniority, and whether Talent Placement or Managed Staffing fits. Pricing is discussed here.

  3. Meet vetted talent

We match approved professionals on verified skills, communication, availability, and time zone. You review the shortlist, interview, and choose.

  4. Build and support the relationship

The professional starts. What happens next depends on the service you chose, below.

You always make the final hiring decision. CAYGO sources, assesses, and shortlists. It does not choose on your behalf.

After the start

Where the two services differ

Talent Placement

  • You onboard and manage the professional directly
  • You handle the employment, payroll, and tax obligations that apply to your arrangement

How CAYGO assesses talent

Seven stages between an application and a match

This sequence is what separates CAYGO from browsing profiles. Each stage answers a different question about the person.

The seven stages of CAYGO's talent assessment
StageWhat happensWhat it tells us
1. Application The applicant shares contact details, experience, skills and tools, availability, and a written example of a process they improved. Baseline information, and how clearly they explain their own work.
2. Skills classification CAYGO reviews the application and places the applicant in the categories that fit their experience. Which roles it makes sense to assess them for.
3. Practical assessment The applicant completes a task that reflects real work in their category. What they can actually do, rather than what they list.
4. Interview A conversation about experience, communication, and how they approach work. It is a professional interview, not a psychological evaluation or diagnosis. Communication, judgment, and working style.
5. Verification CAYGO verifies relevant information from the application. Whether what was stated holds up.
6. Approved talent pool Applicants who complete the process satisfactorily are approved for matching. Who can be put forward to clients.
7. Matching CAYGO matches approved talent to client requirements and shortlists candidates. Fit between the role and the person.

Practical assessments may measure

  • Accuracy
  • Judgment
  • Communication
  • Tool proficiency
  • Problem solving
  • Following instructions
  • Quality
  • Speed

Not every applicant is approved. Assessment results, verification, and client requirements all affect who is put forward. Capabilities vary by individual.
