What CAYGO Talent collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to caygotalent.com, businesses that submit a hiring brief, and professionals who apply to the CAYGO Talent Pool ("you"). "CAYGO," "we," and "us" mean CAYGO Talent.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you, assess requirements, and run our talent process.
Hiring brief (clients)
Your name, work email, company, website, country, and time zone; business details such as industry, company size, and business type; details of the role you want to fill, including responsibilities, skills, tools, engagement type, number of people, start date, working hours, and seniority; any confidentiality or data-access requirements; and anything else you choose to tell us.
Talent application
Your name, email, country and city, time zone, LinkedIn and portfolio links, and résumé; professional details such as categories, years of experience, industry experience, work arrangement, availability, engagement preference, and compensation expectations; skills and tools; your written response about a process you improved; your responses about responsible AI use; and your consent choices.
Contact messages
Your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in server logs. This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details to deliver them. Embedded forms are loaded from Tally (see section 7).
We ask that you not submit sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or passwords) through any form on this website.
3. How we use it
- To review hiring briefs, respond to clients, and offer discovery calls where appropriate.
- To review talent applications, classify skills, and conduct practical assessments, interviews, and verification of relevant information.
- To match approved talent to client requirements and coordinate interviews.
- To contact you about your submission and, for talent, about opportunities you've agreed to hear about.
- To maintain internal records of client leads, talent applicants, assessments, and placements.
- To keep the service secure, meet legal obligations, and improve how we work.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
- Prospective clients. If you are a talent applicant being considered for a role, we may share relevant parts of your profile with that client so they can review a shortlist and interview candidates.
- Service providers. Tools and providers that help us run the website, collect form submissions, and manage our records, under their own privacy terms.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CAYGO, our users, or others.
We do not publish submissions or applicant profiles on this website.
5. Information from talent applicants
Joining the CAYGO Talent Pool does not guarantee placement. By applying you confirm that your information is accurate and agree that CAYGO may review your application, request assessments, interviews, and verification, and contact you about opportunities. Compensation expectations are used only for internal matching and are not shown publicly.
6. Information from clients
We use your hiring brief to understand your requirement. Please avoid including trade secrets, credentials, or personal data about third parties in the brief. If a role involves confidential data or system access, tell us the requirements without including the confidential material itself. Pricing is discussed during discovery and is not collected through the brief.
7. Services that process form data
Our hiring brief, talent application, and contact forms are provided through Tally. When you use an embedded form, your submission is processed by Tally on our behalf and may involve cookies or similar technologies needed for the form to work, as described in Tally's own privacy policy. We access submissions through our Tally account and may transfer them to our internal records.
8. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. For example, we may keep approved talent profiles while the person remains available for matching. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 10).
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. International transfers
CAYGO connects businesses and professionals in different countries, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by our service providers.
12. Children
Our services are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
