1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of caygotalent.com and the forms on it. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website. "CAYGO," "we," and "us" mean CAYGO Talent.

2. Our services

Talent Placement connects clients with qualified remote professionals. CAYGO sources talent, screens applicants, assesses practical capability, conducts interviews, verifies relevant information, shortlists candidates, matches talent to client requirements, and coordinates interviews. The client reviews candidates, conducts the final interview, makes the final hiring decision, directly manages the selected professional, and handles the employment, payroll, and tax obligations that apply to its arrangement.

Managed Staffing adds onboarding support and ongoing involvement from CAYGO, including agreed performance check-ins, communication structure, accountability, and continuity support. Clients retain responsibility for business priorities, day-to-day work direction, approvals, and access to their systems. The scope of support and any replacement arrangements are set out in the service agreement. Managed Staffing does not imply employer-of-record, payroll, tax, or legal compliance services.

Fees and commercial terms are not published on this website. They are discussed during the discovery process and set out in a separate agreement where applicable.

3. No guarantees

Submitting a hiring brief does not guarantee that CAYGO can fill your requirement. Joining the CAYGO Talent Pool does not guarantee placement, income, clients, or any particular outcome. Capabilities vary by individual.

4. Clients

If you submit a hiring brief, you agree that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit it for your business. You are responsible for your hiring decisions, for managing the professional you select, for lawfully engaging them, and for the employment, payroll, and tax obligations that apply to your arrangement. You are responsible for the access you give a professional to your systems and data, and for setting confidentiality terms with them.

5. Talent

If you apply to the CAYGO Talent Pool, you agree that:

• the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
• CAYGO may review your application and may request assessments, interviews, and verification of relevant information;
• you will complete assessments honestly and in line with the instructions given, including any instructions about the use of AI tools;
• you may be contacted about opportunities, and relevant parts of your profile may be shared with a prospective client considering you for a role;
• membership of the talent pool does not make you an employee or contractor of CAYGO, and does not guarantee placement.

6. AI-generated work

AI tools can produce errors. CAYGO does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated output. Clients and professionals are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted work, protecting confidential information, and deciding when human review is required.

7. Assessments and verification

CAYGO takes reasonable steps to assess and verify talent as described on this website. These steps help inform matching. They are not a warranty of any professional's performance, suitability, or conduct. Interviews are professional conversations and are not psychological evaluations or diagnoses.

8. Using this website

You agree not to misuse the website: for example, by submitting false or unlawful content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to send spam or malicious material. Please don't submit sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or passwords through any form.

9. Intellectual property

The website's content, design, and branding belong to CAYGO or its licensors. Assessment materials are confidential and may not be shared or reproduced. By submitting information to us, you allow us to use it to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services

Our forms are provided through Tally, and the website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, CAYGO disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or from any placement, or lack of one. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Additional terms, including governing law, may be set out in a separate written agreement between CAYGO and a client or professional.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
